At Rotman Commerce Toastmasters (RCT), our goal is to transform our members and all Rotman Students into well-rounded and confident individuals. We do this through our events, workshops, and meetings, which provide the opportunity for persistent communication skill growth.

This year, our education and membership programs have been updated to further emphasize skill development and pathways progressions. We are providing more resources for students who want to participate in competitions while maintaining a safe space for those who rather focus on their personal development.
